My One Walking Stretch After 2 Achilles Tendon Ruptures

Hello all. Today I show you a calf stretch I still do years after my two Achilles tendon ruptures.

I fold up a bath towel so it looks like a long skinny rectangle.

I sit on a chair with my knees and legs 90° and my back upright.

I take the towel, hold it by both ends, and in front of me, so it looks like an upside-down horseshoe.

I carefully place one of my feet into the horseshoe-looking towel.

I carefully push my leg forward into the upside-down-looking horseshoe towel. I pull up words with my two hands until I feel a calf stretch. The video does a much better job explaining this. lol

I hold the stretch for about 8 to 10 seconds and then repeat the same action on the next foot.
