My Layering for Spring Walks in Canada (Updated 2022)

Well, here we are at the beginning of 2022, and I thought I would come back to this blog and reflect on how things have changed in the layering department.

So, starting from the top of the video, you'll see there's a toque. That has not changed. I still have that wonderful black toque.

The gray jacket has completely changed. I actually returned it and purchased an awesome windbreaker from Mountain Warehouse.

The windbreaker is waterproof and has zippered pockets.

The dark hoodie was changed out for a heathered hoodie from Amazon.

Nothing has changed with the polyester shirt. I found it in the Amazon Essentials area. The polyester shirt is more breathable and keeps things drier on the inside.

The first pair on the left, the black polyester pants. I only wore them a few times in the spring. They were much thinner than I thought. So, I just moved them over to the summertime. They are very breathable and pretty awesome to wear. Oh, I got them from Old Navy.

The blue track pants in the middle are almost 10 years old (from Walmart). I don't even know why I still have them, but they are still comfortable. The zippers are broken on each side, but for some reason, they keep on ticking, I have not donated them or thrown them out yet. We'll see how things roll out in 2022.

The last pair of sweatpants on the right have been relocated to housework sweats. I got them from Amazon, but I don't remember the brand. I think I'm going to be getting rid of them. I did manage to find another awesome pair of sweatpants from Walmart going for like 10 bucks at the time, they're still in the arsenal, and I'll probably be using those this year.

Well, that is it, for now, thanks for clicking by.

Hi all, here is an update after about six months on the Isodry step stretch jacket from Mountain Warehouse.
