Listening to business audiobooks while walking on the treadmill has been an easy way to learn things about business and keep my body moving at the same time. The Art of Walking on Treadmills while listening to Audiobooks

I used to listen to business audiobooks while walking outside, but over the years, I stopped wearing headphones outdoors and moved the operation to the treadmill.

Listening to audiobooks helped keep my mind stimulated on the longer treadmill walks. Although, sometimes I would overextend the treadmill time because the audiobook was actually good.

That was a mistake

The longer walk times made my body and mind too tired.

I found keeping my treadmill walks to about 30 minutes was good. I wasn't too physically tired and my head was not up in the clouds.

I'm in a predicament with over-the-ear headphones on the treadmill. They are great for short walks, but not the longer ones. The earbud option is out because they are uncomfortable, and I'm not really into Bluetooth speakers, etc. I guess I'll keep looking around till I find a pair that works.

Not all business audiobooks are created equal. Some need more attention causing me to constantly go back thirty seconds. I tend to skip the treadmill on the dense business audiobooks.

If I really enjoy the Audiobook, I'll go out and purchase the hardcover. I got more business audiobooks in the cloud than hardcovers. I also donated a bunch of hardcovers which I don't regret.

Ok, that's it for now. Quick disclaimer stuff, I'm not affiliated with any of the audiobooks or authors above. I'm not a professional, please seek out your local financial expert and doctor before doing any physical activity on treadmills while listening to business audiobooks.
