Fitbit Inspire 2 - Weight |
Well, the answer is No, I didn't lose weight since purchasing my Fitbit Inspire 2 for walking. I actually gained around 3 to 4 pounds. My weight started at around 167 pounds and crept up to about 170 pounds or so in the last three months.
So Why the Weight Gain?
I was slacking on my diet the last month or so. I would say the main reason was good old sugar. People started leaving chocolate at the house lol. The good news is, that I did reduce my cravings somewhat by dodging the chocolate and grabbing an apple.
The other reason was, that I have a tough time doing calorie deficits because when I don't eat enough, I get those migraines. (Shoulder Shrug).
Let's Check Out the 3 Month Trend for Walking Steps - My Fitbit Inspire 2 Data
