My Fitbit Inspire 2 with heavy stats clock face on my wrist. |
Hi all, in this video, I go over a few of the things that I have learned with my Fitbit Inspire 2 after a few days. I purchased my Fitbit Inspire 2 in January 2022. I'll continue to add more of what I've learned from my Fitbit Inspire 2 as I go.
1. Dim On/Off
At first, I didn't see this to be such a big deal, but I noticed that at night, the display on my Fitbit Inspire 2 light was actually significantly brighter than I thought.2. Back Button (Pinch)
I figured out how to go back on my Fitbit Inspire 2 after adjusting settings. I have to pinch both ends of the Fitbit. If I keep pinching, it goes back to the main display eventually.3. "Stats Heavy," Clock Face
I switched up the clock face on my Fitbit Inspire 2 to a face called "stats heavy." To get there, go into the account setting, click on the Fitbit Inspire 2 logo that is connected, click gallery, then clocks. You'll get to the clock faces. Select the "stats heavy," face.4. Detecting Exercises Automatically.
The Fitbit Inspire 2 has been picking up my walks on my treadmill without me having to manually activate anything. I find this option to be really nice because it's very hands-off.Now, it does pick up my walking activity, but it does not pick up any of my interval training activity. So, I have to manually do that by going into the exercise option on my Fitbit Inspire 2.
5. Interval Training Times in App
Another thing I discovered with interval training on my Fitbit Inspire 2 was, the Fitbit allows you to set your seconds in the app. So, if I'm doing 40 seconds of activity, and then 30 seconds of rest. I can set the times in the app. The only thing I was questioning is if you can set more than one time. For example, if I wanted to do a 20/20 or a 30/30, is it possible to set multiple interval times? I don't think it does.6. The Smaller Strap
I find having the smaller strap on my Fitbit Inspire 2 might be a better option for me, because the excess strap on the other side does not catch on to things accidentally. I had this issue with my last activity tracker.7. MyFitbit Inspire 2 App Loses Data for some Reason

A line graph showing the Stress score on the Fitbit Inspire 2 missing data |
The line graph is showing my good old stress score from the Fitbit Inspire 2 app. Each line on the graph represents a day. As you can see, there are a few missing lines, or in other words, missing fitness data. I'm not sure what's going on.
