Fitbit Inspire 2 - Clear User Data

How I clear the user data on the Fitbit Inspire 2

  1. I first pinch both sides of my Fitbit Inspire 2 to see the main display.
  2. I scroll to the settings gear icon. 
  3. From the settings gear icon, I scroll downward till I see, "clear user data."
  4. Once I find the "clear user data," text, I press it once. 
  5. From here, it should say "Press Screen," with the number three in large text.
  6. I push the screen and the number three starts counting down to zero.
